These Terms govern your access to and use of Saya / Neura (the “Service”), operated by [Legal Entity Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Saya is an AI operating system that helps you plan, generate, and publish content and digital products, and orchestrate automated workflows (“Daemons”) for your own business. The Service acts on your behalf and under your control.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, its security, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your content & your accounts

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through the Service (“Your Content”).
You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.
When you connect third-party accounts (e.g. social networks, payment, email), you authorise us to act through them as you direct. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
You are solely responsible for everything published or sold through your connected accounts.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published, sent, or sold. High-stakes actions (publishing a store, taking payment, whole-list emails) require your explicit approval.

5. No guarantee of results or income

Important. The Service is a set of tools. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent any specific income, sales, audience growth, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and the value you offer. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or business advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; send spam or deceptive content; publish fabricated proof, testimonials, or claims; harass, exploit, or mislead people; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Payments, plans & digital products

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases where required.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and “Saya”/“Neura” brand are ours or our licensors’. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the Service as intended.

9. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

12. Governing law
